Changing the Narrative (CTN), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2022 by Jamari Sharp and a group of like-minded leaders, began as a simple mission to serve underserved communities. What started as a grassroots effort has since evolved into a national movement creating measurable impact across the United States.

While CTN remains deeply committed to youth empowerment, its reach extends far beyond. The organization has led corporate and government professional development workshops, provided juvenile justice training, and facilitated inspirational speaking engagements on a wide range of personal and professional growth topics.
